Rates & Availability
I enjoy speaking and believe it is an important way to contribute and give back to the design community. For all events outside of Seattle, I assume that airfare, local trasportation, and hotel will be paid for by event organizers. On top of these basic accommodations, my speaking fee is determined by participant ticket price for the event, length and adversity travel, and the degree to which new material will need to be created or revised.
I'm happy to speak at a deeply discounted rate for free or low cost (for participants) events. The more notice I have for events like these, the more likely I'll be able to fit them into my schedule. If you are interested in having me speak at and participate in your event, please send me an email.
